XALIVE collaboration is centered on concrete authoring workflows: source rights, memory, voice, embodiment, devices, and long-term relationship.

Who we want to hear from

XALIVE is opening focused conversations with partners who understand that living AI needs more than a prompt. We are looking for people and organizations that can help test real authoring workflows, rights models, source pipelines, and character or brand use cases.

The most useful conversations are specific. A studio may want to build a cast of characters that remembers each player separately. A creator may want to preserve an artist-self that can speak from verified work. A brand may want a founder, mascot, or service identity that can grow without drifting away from the approved source material.

We are also interested in research and infrastructure partners. Living AI requires memory, emotion, source review, voice, embodiment, privacy, cost control, and deployment surfaces. Each layer needs careful technical and ethical work.

  • Creators and studios building characters, worlds, artists, or IP.
  • Brands exploring persistent AI identity and relationship.
  • Researchers working on memory, emotion, embodiment, or interaction.
  • Technology partners building source, voice, device, or runtime integrations.
  • Investors and strategic partners who understand tools, not just apps.
  • Rights holders exploring carefully governed ALIVE CAST use cases.

What we are not looking for

We are looking for people who understand deeper authoring systems. The work is about how a self is authored, how it remembers, how it keeps relationships separate, how it respects deletion, and how it stays faithful when it reaches scale.

We are also not trying to open every channel at once. The right early partners are people who can help sharpen the core system before it expands into more devices, APIs, and public experiences.

Where collaboration can begin

A first conversation can start around a concrete use case: an ALIVE ME formation flow, an ALIVE CAST for an IP or creator, a source analysis pipeline, an OME face-runtime test, an Aura growth mechanic, or a partner outlet where an authored self should appear.

From there, we can decide whether the right next step is a private beta account, a technical review, a creative workshop, a research exchange, or a business discussion.

How to reach us

For business, media, creator, and partnership conversations, contact business@xrx.studio.

Please include what you want to build, what kind of source material or rights context is involved, and what role you want XALIVE to play. The more concrete the use case, the more useful the first conversation can be.
