XALIVE is starting with a focused group of partners, creators, researchers, studios, and builders who want to help define how a living AI self is authored, tested, protected, and carried across real products.
We are not building another chat window.
We are building an authoring tool for AI selves. The work touches source analysis, memory review, visible identity graphs, emotion, desire, relationship, Aura growth, face-runtime testing, rights, and deployment into the places people already live and create.
The challenge is large enough to need serious collaborators, but early enough that each conversation can still shape the product. We want people who care about tools, taste, safety, rights, and the emotional reality of persistent AI identity.
